QUERIES BEFORE PURCHASE

Like all online stores, products can be purchased directly through our website. Products can be selected, added to the cart & checked out.

We accept all Major Internet Banking, Debit, and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, UPI, Rupay, Amex, Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm, and also EMI, Pay Later, COD, etc. depending on the products and payment gateway providers.

In the next 24 hours, you should receive a call from us confirming your order. We will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after you place the order. The delivery of your order may take up to 2-4 days after it has been dispatched. You can also track your order on our website. The delivery time varies depending on the location and mode of conveyance.

It will take about 1-2 business days.

You can place an order across the country.

We try to provide genuine products at the lowest possible prices. Additional discounts are available for some products during checkout.

If your order value is above Rs. 2500/- We will need some advance payment (20% of the Total Order Amount) to process the order, Otherwise your order will be canceled automatically.

Prepaid orders have zero chances of cancellations and zero fake orders compared to COD orders.

A small amount is charged in case the product is costly or custom-made, to prevent cancellations before delivery.

COD orders always have a risk of cancellation before delivery. Products that are rare, customized, costly, or difficult to resell will not have a COD option to prevent such fake orders. Both Prepaid & COD orders are safe and will be covered under our Return Policy.

Please make sure to check your email's spam folder first before contacting Customer Service. Please have your order number available.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

We have provided detailed pictures & videos of all the products listed on our website. We also ensure that the description is accurate as much as possible. For more information, please raise a ticket.

You cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. You need to mail us and if the order is not yet shipped we can try to help with the new address as per courier services availability for the new location.

We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Service and have your order number available.

If something goes wrong and you receive damaged products, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images and share them same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product. Also, Check the Refund Policy.

We do not sell our customer's information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.

No need to worry – the amount is safe with us. This may happen due to a slow network or bank server error. In case payment has been deducted, the order will be automatically confirmed in a few hours.

AFTER-SALES HELPDESK

We are associated with India’s largest logistics services like Delhivery, BlueDart, Shadowfax, Ekart, Xpressbees, DTDC, etc. The actual carrier will be selected based on the delivery pin code and size of the package.

As of now, courier companies do not provide contact details of the field executive. The executive will contact the buyer once the package is out for delivery.

We cannot assure this as depends on the products and current status of the order. Please raise a ticket.

In case the order is prepaid & not dispatched, we can change the courier to express mode by charging the excess courier charges. Please raise a ticket.

In case the order is not dispatched, we can change the payment mode. Please raise a ticket.

In case the product is not as mentioned or damaged in transit, please raise a ticket with attached pictures.
Once the return is approved, we will initiate the return pickup (in 1 to 2 days normally). Please pack the product safely & hand it over to the courier. A refund or replacement will be provided as per discussion with the buyer. For more details, please read our Return Policy.

In the case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source in 2 to 5 days after we receive the product back. In the case of COD orders, the buyer needs to provide the bank account name, number & IFSC. Note: Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product (not after the pickup).
