Faulty Product Received – Poor After-Sales Support and No Update on Replacement

I received a faulty handlebar end mirror for my Royal Enfield. The mounting thread was damaged, and the screws could not be tightened properly, making the product unusable.

I immediately contacted customer support and requested a replacement. They asked me to provide photos and videos of the issue, which I shared promptly. After reviewing the evidence, the support team confirmed that the product was defective and informed me that a replacement ticket had been raised from their side.

However, despite their confirmation, I have not received any update regarding the replacement through email or chat. There is no ticket status, tracking information, or follow-up communication.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience. While the support team acknowledged the defect, the lack of updates and delayed resolution have been frustrating. I hope the seller improves both product quality control and customer service responsiveness.
